Dr. Mistie Parsons has spent her career dedicated to the ideas that all students are capable of achieving great things with the right support and that all students deserve choices about their future. She believes deeply that schools should be places in which students are known, seen and valued.  Working at Soule has been a joy, as the staff is dedicated to student success and is incredibly supportive of each other.

Before coming to Hampden-Wilbraham, Dr. Parsons has held a number of roles, including math and ELA teacher, instructional and leadership coach, school administrator and central office administrator.  Most of her career has been in Massachusetts, though she briefly worked in Florida and Rhode Island.
